Our Story

Ralph and Randolph both arrived in the US in 2008. Since then, they both went along their own path. Ralph got a degree in Cell biology while Randolph became a licensed pilot. However, these brothers have one thing in common - the love of food. Randolph loves to cook and his accumulated experience as a restaurant manager added to his passion for food. Similarly, Ralph was also a restaurant manager and loves to eat and try new things. All together, the brothers decided to start their own food truck both to enjoy and explore Filipino fusion food, and to promote Filipino taste to a wider audience.
